"Project Life"
"Many people who believe in me and support me enthusiastically have a part in my success as a pan flautist, singer and composer.
All of them helped and still help to make my life as a musician wonderful and exciting.
I try to pass on to the people surrounding me a little of the friendship, helpfulness and humanity I experience every day."
With his "Project Life" initiative Wolfgang Niegelhell visits kindergartens, schools and other institutions free of charge. He tells about his fate and shows kids and teenagers how to use some aids like a cane, talking watch, mobile or PC and how to live a happy and successful even with a handicap.
Of course guide dog "Colima" plays a leading role too.
The difficult work of a guide dog in traffic is demonstrated by a slide show.
It is very important for Wolfgang to break communication barriers and teach the kids to have contact to handicapped people without any fear.
Every pupil gets a guide dog bookmark to remind him or her of the "project life" day with Wolfgang.
