Requirements for Sponsoring
Requirements for Sponsoring of a guide dog by our donation account:
Please send a written application to us accompanied by a:
- short description of your life,
- reasons why you want a guide dog and copies of the following certificates:
- certificate about the rearing of the dog with address of breeder and puppy raiser, a professional „puppy programme“ of a guide dog school is desirable,
- 2 health certificates as required by the Disabilities Act of the Austrian government,
- positive certificate of a guide dog quality test as required by the Disabilities Act of the Austrian government,
- positive certificate of a guide dog team test as required by the Disabilities Act of the Austrian government,
- proof of the income of the guide dog owner,
- costs estimate or invoice for the guide dog and the team training incl. VAT (value added tax).
